Weight loss: In my opinion, people often focus too much on diet supplements when considering weight loss. There is far too little emphasis on activity. Even a brisk walk once per day can raise metabolic rate for 18 hours afterward. In short, high fiber, high protein diets have a prolonged gastric transit time. These foods stay in the stomach a long time give satiety (appetite suppression). +Run & swim
