Which medication for panic / anxiety disorder is most effective?

No "best" drug: There is no "best" medication for anxiety. People respond differently to medication. You have to find the one that works for you as they can have side effects. Ssri's (i.e. Zoloft, lexapro, paxil, (paroxetine) celexa) are commonly prescribed to treat anxiety. Exercise is a great natural weigh to manage anxiety as well as cognitive behavioral therapy.
