A member asked:

Should a tsh of 6.03 (range 0.45-4.50) be treated if asymptomatic?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: If there is persistent elevation of the TSH then one has an underactive thyroid. It will eventually cause issues and should be treated now.
