Ortho tricyclin: The "tricyclicic" bcp's sometimes create breakthrough bleeding, etc.. Get a prescription for a bcp combination type, with both the progestin and the estrogen analogs the same throughout the cycle (Seasonal or Seasonique for example). Take the active pills at the same time each evening (within the hour of the previous day).
