Diarrhea and Keflex: Diarrhea that develops after course of antibiotics may or may not be C. Difficile infection. Please contact your PCP for visit, testing. Hand sanitizer does not kill the spores of this bacteria so please also use soap and hot water for hygiene to prevent spread.
