Virus? Herpes?: Probably not canker sores. Ciprofloxacin doesn't cause this side effect, or at most very rarely; and certainly not 4 weeks later. Also unrelated to your UTI. This sounds like initial herpes, or some other virus; or perhaps an allergic reaction to something else. See a doctor ASAP, the sooner the better for most accurate diagnosis -- and, if herpes, effective Rx must be started promptly. Good luck!
