Inside of right ear is very itchy and painful. i have picked my ear with my finger the past day or so. when pulling outside of ear, feels sore.

The treatment is usually topical (drops), but its necessary for a physician to directly visualize the problem as the canal may need to be cleaned out in the office, and the ear drum should be inspected as well to make sure its intact.
