My 18 mnth old had her 6 in 1 & 2nd menactra vac on thurs. she had a high temp up until fri morning but now her temp is low 35.3 but sweaty. shes eating and playing fine. should i be concerned?

No: I am pleased to learn that you are protecting your child with immunizations. A fever response is not uncommon after getting an immunization but usually lasts only 1-2 days, significantly less harmful than getting the underlying infection. After a fever, sometimes the body has a hard time regulating temperature, but if she is acting well, she is fine.
