Normal : Variant. Some people may have slightly lower body core temperature.

Normal: Most people's "normal" is below the published "37°". That temp is likely normal for you. Physiologically, evaporation of sweat is the way we lower our body temperature, so it's not surprising that your temp is lower after sweating.
