Drug/Lab monitor: Routine or regular TSH levels are required to monitor thyroid hormone supplement therapy. Normal TSH levels can rule out Grave's disease. Abnormal thyroid hormone levels may cause mood and behavioral changes besides physical. Routine blood electrolyte level are also required to monitor antidepressant, antihypertensive and antieplilpetic which may cause electrolyte imbalance and mood changes.
