Here are some...: How long have you noticed these white spots on lips and foreskin? Without a direct look at, it is hard to tell what they may be although ectopic sebaceous glands (not related to hair follicles) are suspected. Since being asymptomatic, it is unnecessary to use triderm, which contains a potent steroid - triamcinolone, usually for itchy skin like those from atopic dermatitis eczema, psoriasis, etc...
