Multiple answers: You can best develope your daughter's language skills by reading books to her, singing and talking (including naming items). Best toys are simple ones like blocks and balls. Potty training to start at 18- 22 months of age. She can start using a cup now- you can try using a sippy cup with a top. She can start playing with a spoon now.
