Accept yourself: Accepting yourself as you are will go a long way towards allowing yourself to change. Feelings of shame can make it hard to open yourself to getting help -- yet without help, your condition will deteriorate and further harm your life. Work in dynamically-oriented psychotherapy with a trustworthy therapist committed to your healing. On your own: eat healthily, and exercise & rest consistently.

Therapy is key: Long-term psychotherapy is key to treatment of personality disorder though meds may have a role to play for certain symptoms. Mindfulness training can help. Good luck.

Personality disorder: Psychotherapy, and meds, if indicated is the best approach. Get a psychiatric evaluation for what ails you, and also ask for a referral to a reputable psychotherapist.
