Hard to imagine: It's hard to imagine living a fulfilling life while looking over your shoulder all the time . . . Wondering who is trying to harm you. That would absorb an awful lot of energy! what if that could be freed up to do things that give you more joy? What if working with a therapist could help you accomplish that?
