Personality Disorder: I don't consider it to be an illness. Everyone has a personality. All of us have unique personalities. An individual with a personality disorder has some very strong characteristics that either cause problems for themselve &/ or for others. They demonstrate many of the same behaviors repeatedly, even it the behaviors lead to difficulties in many areas of their lives (to include interpersonally).

Antisocial?: Do you mean antisocial personality disorder? Yes, it is an illness, just like any other; treatment is by therapy. Personality disorders are notoriously difficult to manage.
