Hello! about a week ago, i got badly hit on the head when i was at a bar. i haven't lost consciousness or memory, i haven't felt any typical concussion symptoms, only a very slight pain now and then and a tenderness on one side of my scalp.

Not serious: It doe snot appear that you have a serious injury. Mild pain and tenderness due to any trauma will take a few days(about one week) to go away. You do not need to do anything further unless you develop persistent headache, which is unlikely.
