Please see Dr. ASAP: You can start with your GP, who depending on your exam will likely send you for an ultrasound and possibly to a urologist. Testicular cancer is unlikely, but also very treatable when found early. Typically it feels like a small hard painless lump on the testes. I’m very glad you found this lump and asked the question.
