She had her menopause roughly 15 yrs back & now again she got her periods the test reports show disordered proliferative endometrium. what does this mean?

Estrogen stimulation: It means that there is a source of new estrogen stimulation that is causing the dormant endometrium to proliferate again. Her MD needs to document an estrogen source (medications or natural body) to prevent continuation of this process which can lead to endometrial cancer in a post menopausal woman.
