Ask employer: Sounds like your job description or work contract has stipulations on what health conditions you must pass to be in the air. Read the contract or ask your colleagues. Maybe it is for the good of the passengers and crew that if you are sick you take a sick day and stay home. More to this question than likely stated here.Good luck
