Anorexia may be wors: Two very different conditions and you can not compare them as there are no similarities anorexia is more serious in short run, and is a very serious psychiatric condition, needs to be treated with therapy and in worst cases can be fatal due to nutritional deficiencies and rapid weight loss, which effects all organs obesity causes long term morbidity and diseases like diabetes, heart disease, hyperten.
