Take temperature: Do you have a thermometer? You know one of those things you should have in the medicine cabinet? If you are running a fever temp > 100 degrees Fahrenheit you may have a virus or flu. Also possible infection like pneumonia, or even gallbladder, pancreatitis. No fever- Ok to use over the counter stomach meds like the one you choose. If continues more than 24 hours see a Doctor.
