Chicken pox: If you're not experiencing eye pain or visual disturbance, I recommend warm compresses to the eyes. If eye symptoms are more than simple redness, are associated with facial or eye pain or swelling, consult an ophthalmologist for evaluation and treatment advice as the virus may be involving the eye and requires treatment preferably by an eye specialist.
