Hard to say: Any such test in generally reported by a lab next to a listing of what they consider a normal range. (they do vary between labs) In general this would be considered on the high side, which in some ways is good. If a patient produces little IGA (genetic condition) some of the celiac blood tests are considered unreliable. However, the transglutaminase IgA and other levels are more specific to celiac
