Not enough info: Why are they sore? Is it from exercising or is it a longer term problem? If it is from exercising it will quickly resolve. If it is a longer term issue see a doctor.

Can be many causes-: It can be from an exercise program or it is a side effects of a few medications. Talk to your PCP and review your activities as well as your medications. Can be OTC or prescription meds. With no more information that you gave one could not even give a guess. Need, more info, age, meds, activity,as well as is it every muscle or extremities, back, stomach. Give us a clue.
