Systemic arthralgias: You are a little old for JRA but the hunt begins with a physical of hands and feet, shin swelling? fever, weight loss, fatigue/ eye problems, heart problems, stiffness, local heat? Tests: Hand and spit x-ray including SI joints, rheumatoid panel blood tests. Pray that all these are negative and it is just an allergic reaction.

Multiple Pains: It is difficult to determine any single test, or series of tests based upon a short description. General pains require separation and an inciting event. 1) Type of pain; Sharp, stabbing or dull, deep toothache 2) What makes it better, 3) What makes it worse 4) Is it constant or intermittent? and 5) Severity based on a scale which is subjective. No test is definitive; the history is everything.
