Genital tingling: If such symptoms precede an oubreak of genital blisters sores by 1-2 days, it's probably a herpes prodrome. If it lasts more than a couple of days, or if no blisters/sores, it's not herpes. Perhaps some sort of dermatitis or irritation, e.g. early symptoms of a yeast infection? See a doctor if the problem continues or if it keep recurring.
