I've been taking simethicone, for a while, to help with excess gas(burping) and bloating. I'm still dealing with it regularly and have only seen minor improvements. Should I consider seeing if it's something more serious? If so, what could it be?
Currently, I am living abroad and taking Lidamine, and also a combination of Trimebutine, Simethicone, Alpha D-galactosidase for several months (~6-9). I take them before each meal to manage IBS. Are both okay to take for long term use?
