Is there any way to cosmetically fix scars that are discolored? have flat scar resulting from a scrape on my elbow that is still pink after 6-7 months

Time/laser: It takes a full 10-12 months for the scar to mature. If hasn't faded by then can be treated with laser therapy. Silicon dressings or gel can improve the scar in many cases.
