If chronic follow-up: Vague wrist pain can have numerous causes from simple sprains to significant fractures or ligament tears which are not always as painful as you might think. If this is due to a trauma such as a fall, you should get it looked at with an x-ray. Sometimes an MRI is needed to look at the light garments and soft tissues which can be painful. Get it. Hacked out.
