9 weeks ago diagnosed with sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. 7 weeks ago fleshy discharge from nose sent of checked and advised just mucus. since this time right ear and right nostril has felt blocked with pressure. ?

Blockage: It appears that the eustachian tube which runs from the back of the nasal canal to the middle ear is blocked by mucus and/or membrane congestion. Irrigate the nasal passage with warm,salt water. Spray a nasal decongestant spray into the nasal canal to open it up and allow drainage of mucus as well as shrink swollen membranes.This should alleviate the blocked ear sensation.
