My 14mo son has what looks like bites on his back. 7 red spots with a dot in the middle/ he was prescribed antibiotics and celestamine yesterday it has had both of these before with no side affects could it be something else ?

Rash in a child: is hard to diagnose from a medium such as this. They usually need visualization and more background information, such as when, how long, and where exactly did the rash start. There is a host of things that could cause spots on the back. I encourage you to take him back to his physician if not improved, or do a video consult with one of our HealthTap physicians. Thanks.
