These meds treat: anxiety & panic disorder, not Bipolar Dz.They are controlled substances due to their high addiction potential. You are surely physically dependant after years of daily treatment. Now you have an addiction problem as well as not being treated for Bipolar Dz.( who made this diagnosis?). You need an experienced Psychiatrist who treats Substance Abuse Disorder and cAn help you transition to better Rx.
