Hello i just noticed a small lump on my neck and its not painful but slightly tender if touched too much?

Blocked gland?: One possibility is a sebaceous cyst which is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked. Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back. There are more serious possibilities. Please see your doctor. Peace and good health.
