Watch and wait: If you have any issues with your scalp, even dandruff, lymph nodes may get enlarged in the neck. Watch these "lump" every couple of weeks, not daily. If the lymph glands double in size, become painful, ulcerate, or other nodes become enlarged, you should see a doctor. If you get fever or have unintended weight loss, see your doctor, otherwise watch and wait. No need to panic.
