Rash broken out on my face & forearms.is itchy & feels hot & bumpy to the touch. no discernible blisters. ive got some cetirizine left over from a rash i got in january so am taking 2 a day. can i take more? also crystaderm can i put this on face

Hard to say: Without seeing it, it is difficult to say. Taking more than 2 cetirizine a day is likely not going to help. If it is bumps that come and go that is not an infection but likely an allergic type reaction. If you are running fevers, or the area is hot and red and spreading you can try the crystaderm but it would be best to ring your GP.
