Not likely: Your symptoms sound more like related to bowel function rather than related to ovarian cysts. An exception would be if this discomfort occurs only once a month for a day or two about 2 weeks before menses, as ovulation can cause slight bleeding or fluid to irritate the abdomen. A small stable ovarian cyst would not cause this discomfort.
