Allergy + irritation: What kind of burn? How extensive? When? Allergy to neosporin is common and cross-reacts with bacitracin. Throw away the neosporin and aloe. Cool tap water will be soothing. Aquaphor and cortisone will help. If severe a DR can give you 2 or 3 doses of prednisone, also a calcineurin inhibitor ointment [tacrolimus].
