I am experiencing abdominal pain (generalized) (severity: moderate) (quality: throbbing sensation) , constipation, tender abdomen, upper abdominal pain (side: left) and side pain. the following also describes me: abdominal discomfort. what should i do?

The stomach itself and the spleen are in the left upper abdomen.
