More likely due to:: If you do not feel anxious or depressed this is unlikely to be related and sinus issues should not cause this symptom. My first thought would be food sensitivities, which are very common but often not diagnosed. I suggest you try completely avoiding common allergens for a week: dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, corn and almonds (avoid most processed foods). Then add one back each day to see how you react.

One can be allergic to any food but the ones I mentioned are the most common.
If trying to avoid these foods does not help then see a good integrative Dr.
Also do that if you do find one or more of these foods makes you tired as that suggests an inflamed GI tract which is causing you to become sensitive to foods.
