Need more info: Some patients are very oily and, especially in the teens to early twenties, can have tremendous oil production. Are you having scaling or itching as well? Those would be the signs of seborrheic dermatitis. Are you having excessive oil production on your face as well? Acne? Depending one what else is going on, there may be treatments to help; i'd see a(nother) dermatologist.
