I had a biopsy on my vulva 10 days ago . the doctor put in 3 stitches which have since fallen out leaving a flat wound. how do i care for the wound?

Leave it alone with: At this time, it would be most reasonable to leave it open with topical use of betadine solution on Q-tip 1-2 times and keep the spot as dry and clean as possible and this wound would take 2-3 or longer or shorter to heal up depending the size of open wound. If still in doubt, of course, see your doc for additional timely suggestion. In general, time & patience are the best medicine for now. Best.
