Which type of food should i avoid in order to keep diabetes away?

Avoid fructose: Sugar, most specifically fructose. You should consume less than 35 grams of fructose per day. Since carb consumption will go down by limiting the sugar, fructose, you will need to increase protein consumption to satisfy hunger.
