Thus, most diabetes experts suggest using lower glycemic index carbs (such as higher fiber content grains), with amounts in moderation (40-50% of total daily caloric intake). Examples of such are: whole grains (not processed grains), whole fruit (not juice), brown rice (not white) etc...
