Worth evaluation: Many of these would respond to a daily over the counter steroid nasal spray to suppress the effect of environmental triggers (dust, fumes, allergens, etc.) .Some of these have nasal polyps or a fungal infection both of which would require targeted treatments. If it is interfering with her activities it would be worth a visit.
