Good day!...my xray result says my lungs are clear, and basal hyperaeration, left. what does it mean?

Basal: Basal hypoaeration means that segment of lung is underinflated, while hyperaeration signifies over distension of the base of lung. In my experience, hypoaeration or under inflation of the lung base is much more common and is often improved with good deep breathing or lung physical therapy.
