I'm having extreme pain in my stomach, heart burn and lots of burping. what could this be? i need relief.

Likely reflux: Acid reflux with or without gastritis appear to be the likely cause. Ibuprofen tend to cause gastritis in some people. I would recommend that you stay off of Ibuprofen for a week or so to see if this improves. If not, check with your doctor. If you are overweight, eating smaller portions at a meal and losing some weight may improve the conditions.
