My 13 months old has been coughing for about 2 weeks, they were given antibiotics and cough mixture about a week ago. now the fever is gone, but they are coughing terrible at night and struggling to sleep, and they had an allergy reaction since 3 day?

Possible croup: will not respomd to antibiotics: caused by the RSV ( respiratory syncytial virus )- ususually pediagtric doses of liquid prednisome ( Perdiapred) will help along with steam or showers.
