I have a fairly constant lower right sided abdominal pain and low back pain that disappears when whenever i ovulate from the left side but the pain returns at menstruation. this back pain has been there since i was 21.ttc 2months now?

Back pain accompanying this , as well as menstrual pain might indicate endometriosis.
