I have a fairly constant lower right sided abdominal pain and low back pain that disappears when whenever i ovulate from the left side but the pain returns at menstruation. this back pain has been there since i was 21.ttc 2months now?

Abd pain: One sided abdominal pain can be due to several factors, including pelvic adhesions (scar tissue) , an ovarian cyst. Back pain accompanying this , as well as menstrual pain might indicate endometriosis. If your "TTC" efforts are not successful in another four months, ask your gyn provider about a test (HSG) to see if your tubes are open, and about an ultrasound to detect a possible ovarian cyst.
