I have about 30 days cycle and every month i feel lower left side pain around ovulation.i'm ttc.could it be right tubal blocking?

Not likely: If your right tube was blocked, then i might expect right sided pain with your period. But with ovulation, i would expect either uterine spasm which can hurt on either side, or pain on the side you are ovulating from.
