A member asked:

Ive been ttc for 6 months and have not gotten a positive ovulation test in the last two months. my cycles are between 35 and 31 days. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ovul tst: negative: In a cycle of "between 35 and 31 days", ovulation will occur on day 21 and day 17 respectively. At "6 months" of "TTC", it is time to make certain that your partner's sperm count is normal, and that your tubes are open: ask your gyn provider for a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) which will open tubes frequently, even if closed. With regular cycles , one of these two causes is the most common.
